Dont hire him as a divorce lawyer... He stold my money 3500.00

I hired robert flarety around feb or march for him to represent me in my divorce. He promessed me, a stay at home mom of 6 years... I would be in the house, raise my 2 kids, 2 and 5. Id get allomony, child support. The whole 9 yards. I gave him $3500.00. He never had me sign any papers, and i mean not even one!

He never gave me any papers from court or any thing else. He only showed up a few times in court for me, once 1 1/2 hours late.in front of the judge, he told me to keep my mouth shut, even when the judge asked if any one had any thing to say. I know nothing of the court system. He never showed up for a emergency hearing and i was thrown out of my house of 10 years and my children were taken away from me, and given to my husband who works a full time job, and when he does have the children, he has them at his parents house while hes out with his girlfriend, or at the house throwing my stuff away.

I have never done anything to my childen, i dont do drugs or anything. My husband and his family have always wanted me to be a stay at home mom, now that my husband donald simeone, wants a divorce he wants me out on the streets and says he doesnt care what happens to me, "im only his babysitter!" thats what he says to me. He also did the same thing to his x wife. I have been living in a office space for 3 months, with no shower or stove and the courts, my lawyer and his family have left me this way and i only have temp visitation of my children and thats only because thats when my husband works. Dont hire this man, i have asked him for my money back, and my file and he never returns my calls, even while he was representing me he wouldnt return my calls or my motherts calls, he must have been payed off by my husbands family? Its not worth it, no one can believe this is happening to me!
