This story begins with a short visit from a service tech who boasted the claim " Lennox A/C units are designed to "function" at a 8-12 degree variance. Hey Lennox hope they are not selling for you! Do you have to be approved for repair? If so revoke it they are doing you no favors.

After yet another blistering beautiful day compliments of Consolidated Mechanical I left three messages none of which was returned, and two messages with American Home shield who are next on usacomplaints.com list, I finally called landlord who promptly managed to have them contact me. After yet another day off work and a no show their " Supervisor Chris" decided after not calling to inform me he would not be on time for an appiontment they had assured me they would make a priority that "he was busy with another job".

Must be nice to be able to work and not have to wait to get yours done Chris. What a chump! Then copped attitude as he shared he would not reschedule for that evening then hung up the phone after a brief dissertation about who was paying who.

Enter the "Good Guys" not!!! American Home Shield coming to save the day informing me to call company as all is well and a more professional tech would come to our aid. Wow! The techs are more respectful than the supervisors. Yet another appointment set for our convience, not really niether my working stiff wife or myself could afford to take any additional time off for missed appointment. So we set it out for three days down the road on our time to share as a family Sat. After all the kids who are 9,12, and 17 should learn to endure 85 plus degrees indoors. What doe's not kill you makes you stronger, Ya Right.

Well its now Sat and what was predicted to be the years hottest day and you guessed it no call, no show, no A/C. Neither time or space allows accurate description of these bumbling swindlers! Missed appointments, Horrible service, disrespectful employees, lack of concern for woman and children, and their customer is wrong approach is sure to make these crooks the #1 scum bags for A/C and home warranty concerns in Arizona! Hands down.
