Charged twice for a product/no refund process

I purchase a container of Slimforce and that I was cost twice for this. I've tried calling customer support and that I really talked with a of the workers there-but nobody continues to be ready to approach a reimbursement for that additional cost.in my opinion this can be a fraud since I have've attempted many times to make the journey to the underside of the problem and all I get is someone asking me to depart my title and telephone number for administration to make contact with me and nobody has contact me however. It has been 4 weeks. Please attentive others to not buy the product (it fails, and customer support is TERRIBLE).
