Paid for and ordered 1000 pens but received only 750

I paid for and ordered 1000 pens at $480.00 on 4/3/09. When I never recieved the pens I tried to contact Kyle, however there were no return emails or phone calls. I got in touch with Kevin whom said the pen order was not sent to the production comapany and Kyle was out. Kevin said he will take care of it and will get them sent out. I recieved the pens but only 750, not the 1000 that I had ordered and paid for. I have sent numerous emails and phone messages and no one will call me or contact me back. The last phone call I made a Terry answered and said he was renting some space there and I would have to call back, he wouldnt even leave them a message from me. I called the production company and they did fax me the invoice showing there were only 750 ordered and I also have the invoice from Platinum showing I ordered 1000.
