Lied, three times, we personally asked if it was insurance, the reply was yes, refused to give us their names, and they misconstru words to rip off elderly people

This company promised my wife three times that this was an insurance policy. We specifically asked as we already have a discount service with local hospital. They said yes three times. Lady name Joy (Perhaps fake) was the filer. When we looked on internet and saw other complaints we called them. No one would identify themselves. Of couse this is after they have robbed you of your money. Three people each proclaiming to be managers tried for resale and told us we could not get our money back. It is for nothing! You get nothing so I think they just prey on innocent elderly people and should be legally shut down.
