Took money from my account and did not get anything in return

Company did not give any product or access to web. Keeps taken out money and i cannot get a hold of them. Call every number wait on hold forever or the cell they give is full and cannot leave or take messages. For who ever reads stay far away from this company. My bank says i will probally have to change account to stop withdrawls.
