Otter inn abused & mistreated ripped off

My wife and i stayed at this facility while visiting monterey. The price for the room was $196.90

For that we got a room with holes in the bedding (large holes in blankets0 and a dirty bathroom. Upon complaining we were assured we would be contacted. Never happened. Only way was to call them after nearly a month. The manager "vicky" offered a $25 off-our-next-stay coupon. I have no interest in staying there or at any of their other hotel owned by the same person. (the otter inn... Also montery & the comfort inn... Also monterey).

Both "managers" vicky" and "christine" were rude and arrogant. Neither of them bothered to call. When i asked for the owners name and address to send a letter of complaint they refused. Do not stay ay this establishment or any owned by the mysterious owner. How about that... A $200 night hotel operated on a first name basis. Save your money and stay some place else other than these two facilties.
