Told i go to jail tomorow morning 11 am person not sure

I Got home from work tonight and on my answering machine it says to call this number eddy jones was his name, i had 3 criminal accounts against me and would need to call or my attorney to call. Well i called him up said what i was shocked also at the information he had of where i work and my soclial security number last four digits only, then he read all the bs to me about a payday loan in 2007 owing over a thousand in intrest and instead of them trying to get my money back they will just sue me for over 5,000.-00 he then said agents will go to where i work tomorow i will be arested and then i could do 6-8 months in jail, well i told him this was crazy and i have a payday loan from same co tomorow. So i called the loan place and they sent every thing to the fraud dept. They told me not to worry, then i had my wifes attorney call this guy and he said whos this why you calling here, the guy was even swearing so he said he represents me and he was a federal lawyer the guy hung up. So i havn;t heard anything more. I decided to look on the internet and found the same situation, i just hope i don;t get arrested tomorow and i would love to sue this guy and pay my bills off.
