Benjamin Turner Threats to put me in jail

I got a call at work from a guy with an accent. His number is7073763307.
Told me I had to call this other company and make arrangement for payments or I would be arrested on Friday 11/9.

I called this other company they said they were Cash Advance but than the guy said they collect for all payday loans. At first a lady tried to tell me I owe 300.00 but with all other expenses I owed 808. She tried to get me to pay that today. When I told her I could not she said I could pay 160 today than 324 onthe 11/23 than another 324 on 12/3.

She than put me through to a Mr Benjamin Turner who told me to go to Western Union and send the 160 to Dover Delaware. I almost did this. If they did not receive the money today than I would be arrested and put in jail for 6 months and have to pay 7800.

When I called Mr. Turner back and told him I talked to an Attorney and that I could not be arrested for not paying a payday loan (which I am sure I dont have) he put me on hold and than hung up on me. When I returned the call the lady answered and when I asked to speak to Mr Turner she said he was in a meeting. I tried to tell her what an Attorney said all she would say was see you in court Ms. Leonard.

When I got home I did a reverse look up for the 707 number and found out it was a scam from India. When I entered the 877 number it came back number could not be found.

I missed a half day from work to take care of this because I did not want to be arrested. I did not pay them any money... Almost did but my gut said take my chances.
