Meet Scam and tricky website

I have been tricked by this website from the beginning, they provide you with 3 payment options tabs, in each tab they mention the membership duration time and the price. Like my example i chose the first option which is tab mentioning 6months and accross this (6months) there is the $ 19.95 membership fee. Which means 6 months costs $19.95, then i proceeded to check out i logged in, then an i received an sms on my mobile informing that my credit card has been debited of $119. I was choked. Moreover, they promise you to get your money back after 14 days whenever the website doesn't match what you were expecting. They don't refund you. I sent many emails but they don't want, and the worse is that they are lying, they told me we can't refund you because you exchanged your personal information with someone else while i didn't. They they told me we refund people who didn't use our services. IS IT LOGIC? How can i decide if this website is really the one i want keep my membership with without trying their services? How come? How come? MANY questions i sent to them but they didn't reply because they realised that not all poeple are stupid.
