Terrible Scam Artist for over 20 years

Mel and his bunch of rip off artist have been at it for years. Selling cheap liners online and installing them for top dollar. They spend so much money advertising with BBB that they have an A rating, but if you go to any other website you'll see all the bad reviews. This company is all about quantity, not quality. I had them install 3 liners for me for over $10k. I never recieved any warranty info they were supposed to mail to me. 3 years later my furnace kept shutting off, so I called a different company to look at the liner and it was twisted when it was installed putting my family at risk, I spoke to Mel (owner) and he refused to fix the problem. I contacted BBB and they refused to post my problem. The liner installed was not 304 alloy SS like it says on my receipt. It was a glorified aluminum liner that was bought for $7.27 per square foot. They charged me $2730.00 to install 26 ft of this liner. Add it up, they made over $2500 cash on the on liner and stii didn't install it right. I have had enough trying to get them to respond, so i am taking further action. Please read up on their reviews in yahoo local and google maps, they are scum
