Sold me a fake civil war knife and refused to return my money

I placed antique knife and gun in layaway, owner was suppose to place items in back of store. Two days before it was due to be picked up she said she had someone who wanted to buy the gun, she didnt place it in back with knife but left in display for other customers to see. Being tight on money i said ok ill just get the knife. The knife was suppose to be a civil war era bowie, so i took it to a dealer and expert who collects guns and knifes. Turns out the knife was a fake made in pakistan. Someone tried to punch out the word pakistan, and the real bowie knives had a d handle, the wood used for the handle was native to pakistan. I took the knife back to her and tried to explain that it was fake, she said the EXPERT was wrong and it was real. She refused to give my 150 dollars back. Little did i know that it was illegal for her to sale me a pistol due to the fact she is not a liscensed firearm dealer and it was not a sale from person to person, but a sale from a business to a customer.
