Over charged!

Customer support individuals are terrible! Extremely rude! CHARGED TWICE FOR MY ORDER!

Don't order from the corporation they'll rip you down! After they have your credit card data they'll ask you for twice as well as your unique order amount will be higher if they send you an email confirmation. Customer support individual (pamela) hungup the telephone on me although i requested why i had been being overcharged, therefore please don't order from their website. This is actually the worse floral organization i have ever handled. I regret it soooo much.

And along with it all the flowers were dead upon arrival and they weren't the blossoms i requested!!! However they don't care, because the flowers are and were already paid for.
