I found their $13.79 charge on my Verizon phone bill this month. They claim I signed up for their service via the Internet... Not true! I had received a scam warning email about this company just 2 weeks ago but I knew I had not signed up for anything. They are rude and don't want to work with you. I also talked to verizon and they are angry with this company too because of all the complaints they are receiving. I have now put a block for billing on my Verizon account. This company shold be stopped... And fined for what they are doing!
