GNBShair.com False advertisement of a hair product on-line... Shipped me a product similar but not what was advertised and now they Will not return my 57.00 refund

Specifically ordered a product known as Creme of nature regular hair relaxer (2 64 oz containers) The product advertised is in a yellow container with black writing which is what it should be as I have often bought this product in stores however after making the 57.00$ purchase I was apauled to find that this GMBSHair company sent me a creme of nature in an orange container that consits of coconut oil in which I am highly allergic. The company states this is the only formula made by creme of Nature as they have discontinued the regular. If this is so, I feel as though #1 they should not be advertising the old formula and #2 They should have emailed this info to me so that I could decide if I wanted to cancel the order as opposed to having them send me this new formula in which I did not order. Now I am stuck with 2 64 oz containers of something I am highly allergic and out of 57.00 dollars as they will not refund my money... I will never again order from off line. Unfortuantely this company has ruined it for all...
