Fraudulent charge to credit card

Noticed a charge on my credit card today for $24.99 from this company; they are in Florida and I'm in Las Vegas - so I called my bank to flag the charge.
Bank says that since the charge is "pending" they have to wait for it to go through to dispute the charge. They gave me the company's contact number for the charge (same one shown above). I called the number - it's disconnected. A quick web search turned up the web page, same phone number and I never ordered anything from this company. Web search also revealed several online postings from others who have been fraudulently charged by this company.
Will definitely dispute the charge when it goes through.
