Ripoff, ordered clock in January 03, money order cashed Feb 03 Where is my clock?

In January we ordered a cookoo clock from JD Marvel company.in Feb our money order was cashed but today May 21 we still have not received our clock.

My husband called the company, after waiting over 1 hour on the phone, and spoke to a lady that told him that they receied a bad shipment of clocks and they had to return them to the company and his clock would be shipped in June 03.

Last week My husband called again, by the way it is an international call because the phone number is to Canada, waited almost 1 hour again only to be told the same story but this time it will not be shipped until the last of JULY or first of August.

We have not been able to reach them a 3rd time to demand our money back. I would like to see some justice against this company!!
