Ridiculous Fees and Poor Quality

Boulevard Home Furnishings sold us a 1200 dollar LCD television set that we purchased for our new home in St George, UT. Payments of 100 dollars - 200 dollars were made regularly for a year, which effectively paid off the television set.in that year, the television broke shortly after we purchased it, and it was left in the house following the foreclosure, two years after our home was purchased when our payments went sky high and we could no longer afford it, or sell it for anything near what we owed due to the drop in home prices.

Despite having paid off the 1200 dollars, they are expecting from us a sum of 2600 dollars. Where they got this number you'd have to ask them, and for settlement would only except 3 payments of around 550 dollars, totaling 1650 dollars, which for a 1200 dollar television set is pretty ridiculous, especially after we'd sunk a good 1300 dollars into the account already. It gets better, as now, 4 years later they left a notice on our door, what they expect to get I have no idea as their POS TV they sold us is long gone. They continue to harass and I have absolutely no guilt filing Bankruptcy on them. It is because of people like these that our economy is in shreds, greedy evil people, not to mention insane.
