Un delivered coins, i have tried to contact this company but mail is returned "undeliverable" yet they will answer by phone only mail and also have a number of addresses

Though I have had most of the "Quarters" collection I was missing 2004 and the reason I thought was that they were sending to my address in CANADA yet I live in the United Kingdom, I wrote to the address given on their latest mail (Jan) but it was returned undeliverable the phone at that address is no longer available, another address I traced in the same area has a useable phone number but they say they will only answer MAIL enquiries (recorded voice) not a good sign of a customer friendly company I WILL NOT GIVE UP
