Ripp off of the last two shipments of colorized state quarters

I have not recieved my shipment of state quarters for the year of 2007. Should have received them in Feb.
Unable to contact Amer. Hist. Soc. At any source. Wrote NCM Fulfillmeny Center, no answer.
Complaint department said the BBB told them they were now Unified Precious metals at Box 9186 Conoga Park Calif 91309 Tel.#816-734-7500. Called they would not talk to me, but they would answer all letters to that address.
I wrote to them, got a reply from UPM Globel stating they had no connection to Amer. Hist. Soc. That they were a wholesale co.
Seems odd that the first call I made, they answered Unified Prescious Metal.
A month later i called it was UMP Globel
