Refusal to return a faulty item

I purchased a Swiffer Wet-Jet starter package for $20 at my nearby Money Common where I store often. After I first got it house I recognized it had been utilized, damaged, and did not possess the cleansing solution or patches. And so I got it back immediately WITH my reciept. All I needed was a brand new one. The cashier was willing to complete it for me personally, however the associate supervisor on-duty CHARGED ME of splitting it after which looking to get a brand new one. He created me return 1/2 time later to talk to the overall manager. I returned and also the supervisor charged me of the same! I told him I purchased off his ledge the same as it had been. He insisted on examining the survalence movie! He returned BUT STILL after viewing me within the shop with my boy earlier that evening purchase it quickly the ledge, did not trust me! He did provide me a brand new one-but declined to provide me my money-back and published about the bill to not return it without viewing him. I HAD BEEN TREATED LIKE A THIEF AND EXTREMELY INSULTED ALL SINCE THEY HAD A DAMAGED ITEM ON THIER LEDGE!!! I'll never store there again and also have informed everybody I understand to complete tha same!
