Cash a check for for an order that was canceled

As a member my check that was submitted and clear the bank account May has not been refunded in the amount of $39.00

This matter arised when i joined the union workers credit union paying membership fee of $37.00. I recieved the catalog give a sample invoice that was different than the order form in the catalog. The order from clearly states that if all information is not accurrate, check and order will not be processed, however my check was cashed and then indicated that references were needed. I indicated that was not indicated on my order from, therefore to cancel order. I was then told that i had to wait until june 19th to get my money back. Again that was not indicated in terms of conditions.

June 19th was passed and I still do not have my refund.
