Refuses to abide by the contractual terms of a recruiting agreement

Precision Advertising contracted with Cube Management to provide them with recruiting support. When we found them a candidate and they hired them they then refused to pay us in accordance with the terms of the recruiting agreement that Kevin Schmidt - CEO signed with us.

This company should not be trusted. They do not live up to their word and have created a hostile work environment for most of their employees. Recruiters beware of this company they are not to be trusted.
