Made ongoing payments, I was refused service, I have insurance now. Denver Colorado

I have become disabled after six heart attacks and I am on SS Disability.
For two years, I didn't have insurance.
I have had to have protime, to watch my blood from coumadin.

I made monthly payments to Lab Corp. I now have diabetes as well and I have medicare now. I have to have blood tests for monitoring my diabetes as well.
I went to Lab Corp. They are on my insurance, I was denied service today, they expect full payment of $1800.00 before they will do my tests.
I am in the process of trying to get another lab through my medicare to do these crucial tests.

I cannot afford to pay them the full lump sum.
I receive a small disability check.
They have never provided me with statement of balances on my accounts.

Each time I have had blood work, they sent a separate invoice for each time.
So only my monthly payment went on one invoice, not applied to any other.

Even though payments were being made to them, they continue to make harrassing phone calls day after day.

It is strange, for two years they never refused services now that I have medicare, they are refusing me.
I am going to file a complaint with the BBB.

I called them, it is cut and dry, no other options, they treat patients like crap!!
