Netsuccess, Lori Barber keeps your money but doesn't deliver your work - Beware!

Lori Barber operates Netsuccess in a manner that I believe is unethical. She takes deposits on work and doesn't deliver finished sites (yet won't refund pre-payments). She will manufacture a variety of excuses from blaming empolyees, to crying povery (threatening to close shop if you pursue her legally). She will then threaten everything from litigation to witholding your work.

Be careful, her standard contracts are very vague and leave them lots of room to manipulate the actual terms once conflicts arise. The forms are very one-side their favor.

There are other small businesses who I have talked to who have been unhappy with them. While this is primarliy a character/ethics issue, we also found them to be miserably slow and the work veyr sub-par.

If you are unfortunate enough to find yourself working with them, make sure you only pay (100%) upon delivery (possession) for your work.
