Amy? They said they would file our taxes, and if needed, represent us in negotiations with the irs

I heard of The financial Group Tax Relief ASAP on kola radio satation and called them as my husband had not filed in 4 yrs we anticipated problems from the irs. Tax releif told me they would file our taxes and represent us, if needed in negotiations with th irs it cost us $3000.00 in 4-18

After taking the money they said they do not do tax returns and they told on us on 5 different times that they would file and negotiate. 4 times our case mgr was changed. 4 times we had to give all of our deductions again. And numerous times the said they would return our call and never did still waiting.

After they got our money, it was extremely difficult to get anybody to talk to us, and in the 3 times over a full year that we finally did get ahold of them, they were rude and put out and charged us another 300.00 to file our taxes that was april 09.

Today june 22 09 we called the irs ourself and found out that tax relief had not even filed an extension, futher more that in 45 days they are going to file criminal charges on my husband for tax evasion, now we must borrow money to hire another company to deal with our tax problems.
