Horribly unfriendly "customer service"

I'd a encounter having a rude, unhelpful associate supervisor who got an immediate hate in my experience (?) and refused to approved a carrier of valued pet food. Many calls later along with a notice towards the Better Business Institution later, I acquired a return. Nevertheless, used to donot enjoy her maligning me in her reaction to the Greater Business Office. (Oops, I suppose she did not understand they'd cc me!)

Since spending more than 4 hours on something which must have obtained moments, I no further visit that area. Had she just obtained a minute to teach himself and sometimes even consider the printout of the recognition info that I delivered to her, they'd have one less unhappy client. Surprisingly enough, the shops that I patronize today appear pleased to assist me after I wish to buy something and sometimes even trade anything.
