Credit Card Gotcha Company

This is a statement about credit card Auto_Deduction, please dont be a sucker like me! When I purchase something I do not use or do not need, I bring it back to the store un-used and still wrapped in the original package. The merchant may not like it, but as a businessman, I always gave the money back, sometimes the only reasonable fee I am entitled to is a nominal restock fee if necessary. This is good public relations, and common sense.

Prosper University does not refund your money for their product even if you dont want it, or have not used it. You will be told that a recording of your yearly committment will be replayed for you to prove that you indeed wanted this service, so there will be no refund for unused services. This is not a challenge to the value of their services, only to my dis-satisfaction for a product I do not want or even use. The only thing I ever received for my $199.95 bi-annual cost is a logon to their vast system of resources, and I might add, a host of email from Robert Allen which I just erase as they come in looking like spam. Best wishes if you want this stuff, it may be a value, but to me it is just a product I brought back to the store unused and un wanted and was sent away $199 poorer.By the way, I do agree that they were entitled to my first $199, because I did logon for i'd say a total of maybe an hour or so, but found the service worthless to me.
