Book Company ripoff money from books

Bought books from Bradley in August. On the same day found a cheaper price online then went back to refund the books. As they promise the book can refund if not special order. They promised the money will refund back to the credit card, but after a month it's not been done yet.

Refund from other store like office depot, walmart. Etc don't take that long. Gave them a whole month for their refund process come through. Called the credit card company to make sure if any refund coming from Bradley, but none.

Finally got tired of waiting and went back to ask. The store manager gave a big attitude. She asked for all the original receipt and also the statement to "prove" that the refund money did not go through.

Bradley book company always rip off money on buying books back with very low price. They promised a 70% buying back price, but it's seems like 20%~40%. Some workers (like studnet workers) in the store are nice enough to tell the customers their buying price before they buy back the books, others just won't tell simply just buy it back even the buy back price is as low as like $1~$5 while the original purchase price was like $70~$100.

It's true if the book will not be using in the university buy back price will be low, but not telling the customers their price before hand really dont have a chance to compare price. Their low buy back price is always 40%~80% lower than other buy back price. Heard so many cases from other students that Bradley buy back price is only half to 70% of the university book store.

Please be aware of selling books back to Bradley and dont get uppsad of their attitude. Be prepare for all this while dealing with Bradley and be super "careful" for selling back books or refund.
