Trixie website. Charged my credit card and received nothing, not even my money back.internet

Ok, so I was looking for a cheap Ed Hardy swimsuit and found this great website called edhardydiscount.com. Everything seemed to good to be true and boy was it. I placed the order on the site and when I checked my acount through that website it said failure to pay by my purchase. This was weird because I received a confirmation email saying that the payment went through. Because my confusion, I emailed support hoping to get an explanation. Well I got an email from the guy saying exactly this " payment no went through your money will be back to you soon." I thought this was really fishy because the last email he sent me said they never recieved the payment. If this was true then why did I need to wait to get my money back? Well it has been a week and I still have got no money back watsoever and noone will help me, the person I'm supposed to email for help doesn't speak english, I'm pissed, and I want my money back! Do not order from this site ever ever ever ever an I'll say it again to be clear ever! I don't know if anyone else has ordered from this site but if you did let me know what happened and if this only happened to me.
