I have been charged $33.98 by ID Protection Services for a service I know nothing about and did not authorize or sign a check for. They have my checking account information so I am scared this is some kind of identity theft. I see from other reports I am not the only victim. This is a definite scam and someone has to stop these people. All I have is the phone number as web addresses given are bogus and no address. I just discoverd the charge this evening so hopefully my bank will be able to reverse it.
