Created A Check In My Name And Stole Money From My Bank Account Theft of funds, Dishonest Practices, Illegal Activity

"ID Protection Services" (Ironic isn't it?) created a physical check in my name and took money out of my checking account WITHOUT authorization and REFUSES to refund my money. Apparently I had "VISITED" a payday loan site (though I did not get a loan through them) and this company, ID Protection Services has access to all of your information from lastchancepayday.com. They then create a check (I have a copy if anyone needs to see how pathetically FAKE this check is) and they type specifically on the bottom of that check "Your customer has authorized this transaction no signature required."

Not only did I NOT authorize this transaction, the created a check fraudulently and deposited it. An account that A.) I have NEVER had checks for and B.) was an empty account.

However they not only managed to NSF my account but they also received the monetary amount written on the fraudulent check.

I had to close my account and will be pursuing LEGAL action against this company!
