Michelle, Jessica, Tech Support Advertised and charged for services that could not be provided. Consumer rip-off fraud Internet

I purchased phone card "OneSecond Calcutta" for $22 ($2 service charge) about seven days back but could not even call once.

After repeated attempt, calling and emailing customer service and tech support this matter was not resolved. At this point in time I informed that my purpose for puchasing this card has ended and the card remains totally unused. I requested for a refund which has been refused. I was told I could only get an exchange or store credit. There is nothing in store and I don't want to purchase another card only to end up with same result.
