Ripoff consumers and charge your card without knowledge Internet

Well I see I am not the only one who got ripped off. Sent flowers to mother-in-law for mothers day and then in June I get my bill and which I always go over just to make sure of the charges and I see EZSVER which I thought what is that then I see it's Proflowers where I made my purchase for mothers day flowers. I never signed up for this so they just go ahead without my permission and charge my card 14.95 then another charge 1.95 plus the my charge for the flowers which should be the only charge. I can believe this. You call the number and all you get is automated crap cannot talk to a live person to discuss charges and I want my money back. I am so tired of companies taking advantage of me and just people in general. Wonder how much money they made on this scam ALOT! I want my charges reversed and I think just not doing anything how many other people are they ripping off right now?
