Hande Construction
They did not pay me for work done for a month

I did work for the company mentioned above and I did not get paid. I am legally insured with workers comp and liability. The company has copies of all my hours by the week and I also sent Hande Construction copies of bills with the total amount owed.

These bills also stated that if not paid within 14 days, there would be an additional charge of $50.00. I sent 3 of these particular bills to Hande Construction, so the bill is now up to $7,677.50. It started out at $7,577.50. He has not even bothered to call or send a letter by mail updating me on what the status of payment is or will be.

I stopped by his house about 3 weeks ago and confronted him and the owner Jeffrey Hande said I would get paid, but still have not received any payment. It has now been two months since work has been performed.

I have had to borrow money from friends and family and that is now getting old and mine and my wife's family are getting fed up that we have not been paid. We have two young children that we need to feed and many many bills to pay.

I hope someone has a great response on how to solve my major problem.
