Landscaping rip off artist Kevin Ellner I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I contracted Kevin Ellner to build a patio and some water features.in Febuary 2009. He bid the job out at $9,000 and said if we paid early he would do it for $6,000. With the reference photos of his previous jobs on the internet. My wife and I decided to do it and paid him the $6,000. Thinking of the deal we were getting compared to the other bids.

Well after 4 months my patio is about 40% done. Wich the job should have been completed 3 months ago. With a little research I find out Im not the only one. DAMMIT KEVIN ELLNER you need to be stopped! This guy needs to be stopped
