Terrible company

I'm a merchant of Millennium Plus GPS Tracking System possessed by Horizon Systems, LLC out-of Tempe, Arizona. I experienced e-commerce last May. After I named them to participate this home based business, the individual whom I spoke to was PAUL LAMARCA, a Person Service Consultant and turned my Customer Mentor.

I had been persuaded this was a ligitimate company and so I registered and settled $2,449.00 for site, subscriptions, the merchandise, the program, etc. I believed which was it. Following a week, ALLAN ARON, the Vice Prisedent named me and persuaded me to participate their Mailers Plan and settled another $1,875.00. That might be 1,500 postcards to become shipped by them 500 computers. Each month. I have experienced connection with them since that time.

The very first month, I'd many of traffic about the back-office. After a few months, nobody bougth the unit however on my site, and also the traffic about the back-office maintains on decreasing. I named PAUL LAMARCA why I am not promoting something even though that I also did my own personal ad. He explained he'll update my site.

After another month of no-sale, I started to believe anything. Named them back and questioned what happend towards the mailers plan that designed to produce me an enormous purchase, why I've not many visiting my site. Paul explained that there is been an issue of the publishing and they'll deliver mine a quickly as you can. They designed to send that by June.

I called the Attorneygeneral of Illinois and document a criticism against these folks. Perhaps they runs on the phony labels who understands. May be in another state performing exactly the same fraud. Have no idea where they're.

Whoever got cheated by these folks, document a towards the Attorneygeneral of Arizona. I do want to get these folks. I invested significantly more than $5,000.00 bucks without nothing in exchange.
