Products offered are not available, however, products are continuously advertised on website. No wonder they have a no refund policy. They now say I have a $95 credit but they can't provide the items I ordered. The customer service is horrible and the wigs overpriced. Stay far away from this company. They also have a C - rating on BBB which I'm sure getting worse by the week.
