Took deposit money, made excuses, did not return calls or emails

Horsein Around initially was very responsive when arranging to move our horses from Oregon to Indiana. They happily took our money, then grudgingly provided a pickup date. Afterwards, they began not responding to emails or returning phone calls. As the pickup date approached they called with an excuse about their truck being broken down and awaiting a part. We got one update that a "part" was coming then next week. It has been another week since then and they continue to ignore phone calls or emails.

Do NOT work with this company.
