We bought a gift cert from them in February. They told us that we could have a full refund on it if we decided we didn't want to get the tattoo or if we were going to move. They said that was tine, well, the tattoo artist that gave us the cert. His name is Jason. I called and the owner (A woman named Corey) passed the buck and let Jason deal with it. Of course Jason said he didn't tell us that and that we were beyond the refund date anyways. Oh, I should also mention Jason never said anything about a refund expiration.

So, in conclusion, if you are in Phoenix and thinking about getting a tat. Save your money and time and go somewhere with integrity and employees and owners that aren't a bunch of lying theifs.
