They are a Rip Off, they took maney out of my bank for nothing

I am not sure who this is, I purchased the "information packet" and I was not impressed. I cancelled the ongoing internet "information packet" only to have them take 29.00 a month out of my account. I have asked them to stop but it seems to be taking several months. I contacted my bank to have them stop but i would have to have them reissue me a new card, cancel the old one.

This creates special problems as I have auto pay for several payments that I make on my card. I am not really sure what they do as it was never made clear what they are about. I am turning them into the State of Washingtons Attorney Generals Office as well as the better business bureau.
