While vacating in Hawaii, my Rolex Bracelet broke while golfing. I took my Rolex Datejust watch to this company to have the bracelet repaired. These people are theives and liars and are not to be trusted. They masquerade themselves as authorized Rolex dealers and stole my watch. The only part they left on my watch is the rolex face with the diamonds. The watch they returned to me is no longer water resistant - that is I no longer can take a shower with my watch on without the watch getting fogged up or water getting into the watch... Because they stole the sapphire crystal... They also stole my Rolex mechanism or movement parts from the watch. It is now difficult to changed the date and time on the watch...

I called this company back immediately after getting my watch back and they lied that they did not open my watch. They are theives, robbers and rappers.

I called Rolex in New York and was told that Honolulu time service are not authorized Rolex dealers. Avoid this company if you are on vacation in Hawaii because they will steal your watch.
