Tradeline posting company SCAM

Company had massive posts on Craigslist and their website entailing $99 trade lines and you could pay by credit card. Charged my card using vendor name Peloini Investments for $198-, dragged on for the 45 days. I was then told technical delay of 10 days so they could scam some more money. Now i received an email after their phone was disconnected telling me to just request a chargeback. What a scam no delivery and a waste of time, people like this just keep ruining the internet. Now the bank makes me change cards and acct numbers to try and get the money back.
