I've been a tennant of Mr Lopatins (slum) building for 2 years. When I backed out of a business deal with Mr Lopatin he illegally changed the locks on my office and refused to return my property.

After several calls to the local police department, I was advised by a PD supervisor to 'file a claim for theft of property".

I have 5 police reports (and would be willing to share them) and have to go through the time and effort to file CRIMINAL CHARGES against Jay Lopatin just to get back property that is legally mine!
