In March of Commercial Energy Solutions (CES) contracted with Progressive Energy Group (PEG) to sell their services to commercial customers. After signing up approximately 30 customers, PEG cancelled our contract without cause and discontinued paying commissions earned by CES. Even though CES offered several opportunities to remedy the situation, PEG stopped all communications and refuses to pay CES their rightful commissions.
