Road hazzard not honored here

Ought tires with road hazzard, on Jan22, went in on June 2 to get my free tire rotation and balance. Said i have to have appoitment! It was always firts come first serve. Now i have to leave my car all day to get service. I was not informed about appointments, Sam's Club should have notified all members of this when they change their rules. I cancled my membership and got a refund for this lousy company
