Clear changes have been made to verizon wireless pricing. BUT the manager tells me they are not adversely affecting me.

Picture and Video Messaging Pricing Change Effective 05/03/09, when you send a picture or video message to multiple recipients, you will be charged once for each recipient. If you already have a messaging bundle, these messages will apply towards your bundle quota. If you are on a Pay-as-You go plan or exceed your bundle quota, you will be charged $. 25 per recipient.

In my current plan this doesn't effect me, but what if i change my plan, they are forcing me to stay with an unlimited plan to avoid increases in pricing they are stating which is adversely affecting me. They simply get on the phone with the customer and say no im sorry your wrong, they are judge and jurry which is extremely unfair. What happened to the customers always right.

Verizon Wireless is a terrible company. ALLL ETFS are illegal.
