Rude, Dishonest, rip off Crooks

I can't beleive that this company is still in business!!! I had ordered some flowers from there and they delivered something completely different. On the wrong day. When we called for our money back, THEY (THE OWNER HIMSELF!) CURSED US OUT AND TOLD US TO GO TO HELL!!!

They have not given our money back to us although they HAVE taken back the flowers. Everytime one of us calls there to ask about our refund, they yell and hang up on us! I was sharing this story with an owner of a business who has flowers delivered weekly for the place, and she told me the same thing! That they delivered the wrong thing to her and she got into a heated discussion with the owner and he was VERY NASTY to her!!!

I am in awe that this place is still in business and that they treat there customers this way. All I know is that I better get my money back or I WILL SEE THEM IN COURT! Beware of this florist and pass the word!!! I personally grew up in Wayne and my mother has an OVERWHELMING number of cliental in the line of work she does so we won't have a problem letting all the locals know about this issue!!!
