They promise you rebate my mail and you don't receive anything at all. Fraudulent ripoff business

For example: If you buy an item at office max, they will give you an extra receipt whenever the item it is in an offer and they say to you; you will get a rebate by mail as long as you send your receipt, upc simbol and your address, plus the form you have to fill.

I have filled out so many forms or rebates, that I am very tired of it! Because I have been waiting many month ago waiting for my rebate to receive by mail. I rather get older and grouchy than wait for the rebate by mail. It is been a long time ago that I had filled a lot of rebates and had not receive anyone yet!

I apologize for my English, but I speak and write more spanish than English, but when I think there is something wrong concerning what I think is wrong I do what ever I can to resolve it, and I said again IT IS A RIP OFF!
