Free ipod scam

Ordered dish network with a two year agreement with a free ipod, never received IPOD, this is a total scam, raises price in 2 year agreement. When you do not pay the added fee they put late charges on over $50.00 in late charges they will not credit them. There is zero customer service at this company. They will not listen to anything. They are right you are wrong. Stay as far away from this company as possible. I have reported them to the NY Attorney Generals Office am also reporting them here so other innocent people can know before becoming a VICTIM. I am thinking of sueing them in small claims court also.
